This is an idea for a call-centre business to change that with an army of friendly, tech-savvy support people.
Business model could be inspired by the insurance industry with a monthly/annual fee and different pricing bands depending on how demanding the client is.
Webdesign agencies could refer their customers to this service for ongoing support and earn a commission. It might also be possible to buy bundles of existing support contracts from agencies.
It could be Wordpress-only initially and expand to other CMSs in due course.
